Our Projects

Hope grows where opportunities arise

In townships around Cape Town, many children grow up under challenging conditions. The Kinderhilfe Kapstadt Trust supports 10 local organisations that provide these children with stability, education and a fair chance in life.

Our partner projects work directly within their communities – where support is most needed. Whether it is an early childhood centre, a children’s home, a music academy or an after-school programme, together we create spaces where children can learn, grow and simply be children.

Ten projects – one shared goal.

All of our partner projects are now established as independent Non Profit Organisations. They are locally led and are increasingly working towards financial independence.

Our goal is to build sustainable structures, strengthen local ownership and create long-term stability. Where support is still needed, we continue to assist projects in a targeted and responsible way.

What drives us.

From the very beginning, one belief has guided our work:
Every child deserves a fair chance – regardless of their background or circumstances.

This belief connects all projects under the Kinderhilfe Kapstadt Trust. We do not focus on short-term aid, but on long-term partnerships with dedicated people on the ground.

Transparency, responsibility and a careful use of donations are at the core of everything we do.
